I’m thrilled to share that A Stellar Purpose III has been awarded Silver in the 2025 Reader Views Reviewer’s Choice Awards in the Young Adult Fiction category. I’m deeply grateful for this recognition—and I felt especially humbled when I read that, as part of the review process, one of the reviewers wrote:

“Fans of YA speculative fiction like Neal Shusterman’s Scythe will love Belair’s book for exploring ethics, power, and control. This book is deeply engaging and thought-provoking.”

Responsible Leadership in a Fragile World

The review also highlighted something central to the trilogy’s heart: A Stellar Purpose III isn’t a story about one extraordinary hero swooping in to save the day. It’s about young people navigating misinformation, fractured friendships, political inaction, corporate influence, and environmental crisis—and choosing to act anyway. Together.

The reviewer noted how the story moves between tension, risk, and intrigue, and moments of doubt, self-discovery, and reflection. Those shifts reinforce the book’s core idea: that purpose isn’t only about saving a planet — it’s about choosing authenticity over fear.

Finishing on a Meaningful Note

Having the third book in the trilogy recognized in this way feels especially meaningful. It’s an acknowledgment not just of this final installment, but of the larger conversation I hoped the series would spark.

The YA Fiction Silver award tells me that young readers are eager for layered stories—ones that resist easy answers and instead invite dialogue, curiosity, and critical thinking. That means more than I can say.

I’m sincerely thankful to Reader Views for this honour—and to the teachers who bring these books into classrooms, the teens who share their reflections with me, and the readers who believe fiction can open space for meaningful discussion. Thank you!
